Cooling tower accessories
Belts
1. Samsung belts utilize specially treated core wire and an improved laminate structure, capable of handling higher transmission horsepower and maintaining stability even in high-humidity and hot environments, ensuring continuous equipment operation.
2. Narrow V-belts save one-third of the installation space compared to traditional V-belts. Furthermore, their closer fit to the pulleys improves transmission efficiency by approximately 5%-10%, reducing energy consumption.
3. The elastic structure absorbs transmission shock, reduces vibration loads on the reducer bearings, and extends the overall life of the equipment.
Fan
The fan utilizes airfoil-shaped hollow aluminum alloy blades for high strength and light weight. Multiple blades are available, providing high air volume and low noise.
Spray Pump
A dedicated cooling tower spray pump is used, offering high flow, low head, and greater energy efficiency.
Motor
Motors are selected from joint venture brands or top-tier Chinese brands, offering stable operation and higher energy efficiency.
Belt Reducer
The belt reducer offers a simple structure, stable operation, high cost-effectiveness, low noise, strong environmental adaptability, and high safety.
Drift Eliminator
Using EVAPCO or new multi-dimensional drift eliminators improves drift efficiency and can reduce drift rate to 0.001%.
Heat Exchange Coil
Heat exchange coils are generally made of SUS304 stainless steel, which offers strong corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. Materials can also be modified upon customer request.
Padding
Padding is made entirely of virgin material, resistant to corrosion and aging. A variety of corrugations and pitches are available to meet the needs of different customers and operating conditions. Common materials include PVC and PP.
Stainless Steel Float Valve
The float valve uses an automatic stainless steel float valve, offering excellent corrosion resistance, sensitive sensing, and precise control.
Water Distribution Nozzle
Cooling tower water distribution nozzles are key components in cooling towers, ensuring uniform distribution of cooling water to the fill. They come in a variety of types, including direct current nozzles, reflector nozzles, turnbuckle nozzles, and uniform splash nozzles, each with its own unique characteristics and application scenarios. Distributors are typically rotary, utilizing the recoil of water to rotate automatically, but fixed types are also available. A good water distributor can ensure uniform distribution of water flow, improve cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
